First, the daycare tragedy in Illinois.

A car slammed into an after-school center killing at least four people, ranging in age from 4 to 18, several others injured.

Now, I want you to take a look behind me here, and as we get a little closer, you can see all of that damage created after that car plowed right into that building.

One second, everybody was fine. The next, people were running for their lives. Multiple casualties, Chatham. I need EMS 1018. We're probably going to need additional

from Springfield. This morning, a tight-knit community rocked by tragedy after a car drove through

a daycare, leaving at least four people dead.

There are no words. It was a horrible travesty today, and our community is hurting badly.

Police say the suspect drove a vehicle through the Why not after school camp in Chatham, Illinois, Monday afternoon.

Kill some kids. Those are kids.

Witnesses looking on in horror, the carnage laid bare.

According to authorities, one person was killed inside after the vehicle crashed into the building. Three others were killed outside. Several others were taken to local hospitals. One was

metavacked. The driver was not injured. Governor J.B. Pritzker saying in a statement, our community

lost a group of bright and innocent young people with their

whole lives ahead of them. Parents said goodbye to their kids this morning, not knowing it would

be the last time. And authorities say that driver is being evaluated and they're awaiting

the results of toxicology reports, but at this point, it does not appear. This was a targeted attack.
