yeah it should be good it is meltdowns as you see by the title um and i and i texted everyone this

i hope everyone's on the same page meltdowns could be many things you, you know? It could be many things. I was hoping you didn't text that. Because you were going to try to go a

different route than other people? Definitely, definitely. But I figured we all kind of had that in our

brain. Yeah. Frank, what do you know about a meltdown? He's calm and cool.

Sometimes you need him.

How good did that feel to just let it all out in that moment, like afterwards?
