There was a story about these people. American Airlines, they bought some tickets, they were traveling,

and then they got, they went to the airport.

This one person, Kennedy Woodard Jones, 27, went through TSA, lined up at her gate in

South Bend, Indiana, and they were like, all right, and they were putting the luggage under the bus. And if you ever been to an airport, sometimes you have to get on a bus and they take you to another part of the airport. Yeah. Has ever done that? Yes. It sounds like a small regional plane. So she thought that's what was happening. And then no, no, they were taking her on the bus to the city. To the destination. And on the bus it said American Airlines. Wait. No way. She said, there is no plane. It took me a second for it to lock in. This is not a plane ride. She had unknowingly reserved a bus ride just as she would a flight. And didn't question it at the time because the confirmation included a flight number. But there were a lot of passengers that were caught off guard because they were traveling to their final destination via the airline's lesser known landline service.

And then I saw whenever you're booking and you're checking out, just very small, very small.

It says somebody to bus, but it also says check flight status whenever you're... That's confusing. That's very confusing. And it's regional and it was like, you know, 100 miles. Did she get a really good deal? Yeah, it must have been so cheap. The price isn't on here, but imagine that. You're going and you think you're flying and you're getting on a bus.

Now, in the end, the bus didn't take much longer than getting on the plane, flying, getting off.
