Yes, this is apparently a real thing. Well, sort of. In most cases, it's more of a glorified virtual co-working space, but some services do match you with

one specific guide to check in on your progress. Basically, there are a number of services out

there where you can sign up for a session,

before which you share what you were planning to accomplish.

The session begins, often with webcams enabled so that you can see other strangers there working.

After a certain amount of time, you get a break, during which you may chat with the strangers,
