0:44.2	We're delighted to have you join us today for a very important conversation with Zach Garris, who is a pastor out in New Mexico and has written a couple of books most recently. This book,

1:02.9	the Sword and Trial. Thank you. Glad to be here. So tell us a little bit about your ministry,
1:09.8	you're a PCA pastor, right? And you're out in northern
1:13.5	Mexico. So just give us a kind of a flyover of what your life is like out there in New Mexico.
1:22.7	Yeah, I pastor Bryce Avenue Presbyterian Church. It's a PCA congregation, northern New Mexico.
1:29.5	It was actually one of the first churches, if not the first PCA church out west.
1:35.4	We were planted in 1975.
1:39.0	So it's a small congregation.
1:40.7	I mean, we're in the Los Alamos area where the nuclear lab is.
1:45.6	So that's really why this area exists. But yeah, so it's a small church. I just, I preach and teach Sunday school.
1:56.1	I've been teaching on American Presbyterian Church history. And yeah, we have just a great, great group of
2:04.0	folks here, and I'm blessed to pastor them. Wonderful. And you, like Graham, are a native
2:11.6	Michigander. Is that correct? That is correct. You moved from a place with a lot of water to a place with no water.
