Russ is a friend that I got to meet last summer and maybe spring and just followed

his work a little bit but he and

mary have worked in washington dc for many years he's been very involved at different levels

of political life in our nation and we're delighted to have him with us so russ welcome we're glad to

have you on the sword and trial thanks for having me i'm excited'm excited to talk to you. Yeah, Russ, you formed a couple of years ago,

this Center for American Renewal. So can you tell us what the Center for Renewing America is all

about and why you formed that? Yeah. When I left the administration, I was President Trump's

budget director. There was a lot of kind of 50-year problems that I thought needed addressing on the right and those who are coming from a Christian perspective.

Big paradigms that I think that conservatives and conservative elite had missed, and as a result, we have failed.

And often these are the things that separate them,
