How many of you have spend less time looking at your phone on your New Year's resolutions list. According to

Healthcare Data Company Harmony Healthcare IT, the average American spends around five hours and

16 minutes on their phone every day, and more than half of us are looking to cut down on that

usage to improve mental and physical health. Well,

turns out there's an app for that. Actually, quite a few apps. And market researchers have

estimated this so-called digital detox industry could swell to almost $20 billion by

2032. Marketplaces Maria Hollenhorst has more.

About a year and a half ago, a friend of mine told me about an app she downloaded to help curb her screen time.
