0:40.0	So the 911 response is a four-person fire crew with two paramedics and two EMT basics
0:47.8	and a private ambulance company with one paramedic, a paramedic intern, and one EMT basic.
0:54.6	So the 911 call is received from the urgent care,
0:57.4	stating they have a 23-year-old female that's in acute respiratory distress.
1:01.6	Dispatch center relays to the responding crews,
1:03.9	that they are having a difficult time gathering any patient information
1:06.4	as the person on the phone from the facility is not with the patient.
