This is the Friends of History Debating Society. I'm John Boucher with my colleague, Devin Nunes,

CEO of Truth Social. I've been speaking to Devin about True Social since it was launched,

and here it is, and there are events in the news that make True Social all new all over again.

Devin, you've been in the news every day that I follow the stock market.

They always comment on true social, up down, up, down, this way, that way.

Just like every other stock I know.

However, it is now a property that is affiliated with the president-elect of the United States.

Has that changed your mission at Truth Social in any fashion?

Well, remember, we only started this company, John, to protect people's First Amendment rights.

Most importantly, at the time, the former president of the United States, and people like

myself that had been either outright banned or shadow

banned by all the big tech companies and that's why the company I was tell people you know

Donald Trump didn't need a new a new company or another company I didn't need a job I was

happy being the top guy on the intelligence committee for the Republicans and on the ways

the means committee and Means Committee

and serving constituents in California.

But at the end of the day,

we had no way to communicate out what everybody was doing every day

because we were cut off.

And so one thing that is, you know,

someday we'll be talked about.
