My mom's mental health has been in serious decline.

She fell to psychological exam in the hospital last week.

I never gave her extra medication.

That is an outright lie.

My mother's health is a mess because of choices she made and no amount of blaming

other people will change that. All this cloak and dagger stuff is my mother's attempt to get

attention. Please take what she says with a grain of salt. That text thread alone should

have been enough to dismiss this entire case.

But for reasons still unclear, they were not permitted to be submitted as evidence.

This was a clear indication of a Brady violation and grounds for a mistrial.

But that too was struck down.
