horrible thing. But if you do it time and time again, there's actually some good news for you.

Scientists at Stockholm University say that contrary to popular belief, there is absolutely no

evidence that hitting the snooze button is a bad thing. They found that snoozers averaged

an extra 20 minutes or more of sleep with no negative

side effects.

Oh, yes, sleep.
