Welcome to Courageous Parenting Podcast, a weekly show to quit parents with biblical truth on raising

0:04.9

confident Christian kids in an uncertain world. Hi, I'm Angie from Courageous Mom.

And I'm Isaac from Resolute Man. We've been married for 21 years and have seen the fruit from

0:14.6

raising our 8 kids biblically based on the raw truth found in the Bible. We can no longer let the

0:20.4

culture win the hearts of children. Too many children from Christian families are walking away from

0:24.8

their faith by age 18 and it doesn't have to be this way. It shouldn't be this way. Join us as we start

0:30.8

an important conversation about effective parenting. Welcome to the podcast, everyone. Hey guys.

So glad you're here. We have a very important topic when it comes to parenting that involves the

Holy Spirit. That's right. I mean, have you ever had just a bad feeling maybe when you when you

event or you just have like these gut. A lot of times people come gut instinct type of

situations. And if you do today's podcast is going to speak to you because we're going to

1:08.7

actually encourage you on the biblical perspective of what those feelings, if you will, or insights or

1:15.2

gut reactions are. And I think it's a tough one because sometimes we're feeling that pressure

1:19.6

a little bit from our kids, especially if they get older and they want to go do things or something

1:22.8

like that. And when we don't have a why, we feel the way we do. It's hard to stay the course with

1:30.0

it, isn't it? Yeah. But we need to sometimes. And I would also say that there's even this level of

1:35.9

parental peer pressure as I like to call it, where sometimes you feel pressure by other parents

1:42.6

to say yes to certain things or to say no to certain things that you know are actually going to be

1:46.8

really fruitful for your kids. And so we're going to dive into that in just a moment. But we just

1:52.2

wanted to say thank you, you guys. We have there's been a lot happening in the ministry lately, right?

1:57.3

We launched coffee. We launched a new website, becragislministry.org.org is super important.
