Hello, my name is Sté. Welcome friends. Today's talk is on trust, trusting who we are,

trusting our basic goodness, trusting and seeing the sacredness that lives through all of life.

And as many know, it's a theme I really turn to often. I chose this one from the archives

because so much of our core suffering circles around distrust and are really our hope for

the future circles around what I call trusting the gold. And sometimes I imagine how our

world would be if we could move through life, seeing the imperfections and also the

aliveness, the love and the consciousness that animates our living world. Maybe you can

see it, that goodness in the innocence of babies, baby humans and baby lambs and baby

puppies, calves, maybe you see it in trees and flowers. It's possible and we can start simply.

You might just choose one person who ever seems easiest and each day for a number of days

intentionally reflect on their goodness. Get familiar with seeing the light that's our

source. And you'll naturally find that it expands to include more and more of the world.

And as that happens, your joy will expand. Okay, friends, may this serve you well.

So again, Namaste. And, you know, I'm imagining many of you are familiar with the word. Namaste

means that the light in me bows to the sacred light in you. And I really love it. You

know, when I do this, when I say Namaste and I feel it, like I get embodied, you know,

what happens is in some way I get more real, more sincere. And then I feel us all in the

feel together, which really matters. I often think about, you know, in the West, we greet

each other with a handshake, you know, I don't have a gun. And then the East, I see the

divine in you. So different flavors. And I'm spending a few moments with Namaste, because
