look at what's happening over the next couple of months. If the D.C. government erects barriers

to the federal government cleaning up the streets of D.C., make them vote. Make them vote time in time,

in time again.

Because the rest of the country, if we're ever going to have cities back from west to east,

is going to look at what happened here in D.C. as an example of what can be done.
