1:05.2	What did the Supreme Court decide yesterday?
1:07.4	And how significant is this for Donald Trump on Super Tuesday, today, and beyond?
1:11.4	Oh, very significant.
1:13.2	Basically, the Supreme Court said that states
1:15.3	cannot keep Trump off the ballot
1:17.2	because of the insurrection clause of the US Constitution.
1:20.4	Colorado had done just that, and the Supreme Court basically slapped it down and this ruling will also affect similar efforts in places like Maine and Illinois to keep Trump off the ballot.
