The Michael Berry show this is a very important day a Supreme Court ruling came down today

unanimous that means all nine of them that That means even Katangi.

That means even the wise Latina,

as she describes herself.

That means even Elena Kagan.

All nine of them unanimously supported the ruling of the court that the state of

Colorado cannot simply come to a conclusion on their own that Donald Trump is an

insurrectionist because well they kind of these are conclusion these are legal these are legal these are legal conclusions. These are legal conclusions.

You can't just say, well I think so-and-so committed murder,

so he can't run for Congress. How do you know he committed murder? Well, he just probably did, but he wasn't convicted? No, he hasn't even been tried. See, if they had Trump on an insurrection case, they would have brought the insurrection case.

That's how you know they don't have him. They just keep saying it in the media.

And after a while, their people believe it.

This is a political exercise, more than a legal exercise.

They just use the legal to give it some imprimatur of seriousness.

So President Trump spoke after the big ruling that he will be on the ballot tomorrow

on Super Tuesday in Colorado and he will win in dramatic fashion.

But here he was declaring and I don't think this is a stretch that this ruling will be looked at for a very long time.

Today it was a very important decision. We're very well crafted and I think it will go a long way toward bringing our country together, which our country needs.

And they work long, they worked hard, and frankly they worked very quickly on something that will be spoken about a

hundred years from now and two hundred years from now extremely important

essentially you cannot take somebody out of a race because an opponent would like to have it that way and it has nothing to do with the fact that it's the leading candidate whether it was the leading candidate or a candidate that was well down on the totem pole you cannot

take somebody out of a race.
