Today, President Donald Trump was asked about what's he going to do about these activists judges.

And he didn't actually say this.

I want to make sure this is very clear as we get off to a good start here.

He didn't actually say he wants to suspend habeas corpus, but he kind of did.

He said, we may have to do something that only three of the presidents have ever done.

And I hope it doesn't go

that way. And considering the conversation that's been occurring on podcasts with, say, Steve

Bannon and also D.C. Drano, aka Rogano-Hanley's question to the press secretary about suspension

of habeas corpus. And then Charlie Kirk tweeting out that the president is considering

suspending habeas corpus, it seems like that may be, at the very least, a big ask that Trump is trying to make, essentially saying to these judges, if I have to, I will use Article 2, Section 9 of the Constitution and suspend habeas corpus for illegal immigrants and deport them, which would be a massive move

if he did. But we got to break this down because I want to stress that Trump didn't explicitly

say the words habeas corpus. I don't know what else he could be insinuating. The other big news,

of course, is that the U.S. and Ukraine have signed this minerals deal. Now, this may signal a coming end to the war. Why?

Because we want those minerals. And we ain't going to get them so long as Russia is shooting missiles

and shooting guns. However, some are concerned that this basically means the U.S. is going to stay

entrenched in this war. Now with an active financial interest tied to winning it.

Hopefully that won't be the case.

Putin did offer up a ceasefire.

We'll see if that actually plays out.
