President Donald Trump has filed a massive 108-page lawsuit against Hillary Clinton, the DNC, and numerous U.S. intelligence agency members for conspiring to remove him from the 2016 presidential election. The lawsuit claims by "[a]cting in concert, the Defendants maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald J. Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty.” Alleging "racketeering" and a "conspiracy to commit injurious falsehood," the lawsuit seeks compensatory and punitive damages known to be in excess of $24,000,000. The suit was assigned to U.S. District Court Judge Donald Middlebrooks, who was appointed by President Bill Clinton. Middlebrooks tossed out a civil racketeering suit in 2015 filed against Hillary Clinton over her practice of using a private email account and server while she served as Secretary of State.
