It's a true game changer.

Is there sufficient evidence for a seditious conspiracy criminal case related to Mr. Trump's

actions and inaction on January 6th?

My good friend Norm Eisen argues in the New York Times that the evidence is powerful, but

it is not yet sufficient to overcome the very high bar approving beyond a reasonable doubt
