partners, Canada, which he dismissively says should become America's 51st state. Plus the future of the

Democratic Party as former Speaker Nancy Pelosi reportedly worked to thwart the younger generation

of Democrats from rising in the party.

But we begin tonight with a tale of two killings.

On Monday, Trump went after people who are lauding Luigi Mangione, the suspect in the deadly shooting of United Health Care CEO Brian Thompson.

It was cold-blooded, just a cold-blooded, horrible killing.

And how people can like this guy is, that's a sickness, actually.

It seems that there's a certain appetite for him.

I don't get it. Now, murder is always wrong, full stop, and never the answer. But the reality is there are some people in Trump's own base who are hailing Mangione. And notably, Trump's admonitions come days after he hosted Daniel
