Economic Club and part of that speech basically said that he was going to release some federal land.

So, you know, as you guys know on this channel, one of the things we talk about is supply, supply,

all that kind of stuff. And I know we're going to get into this. But the reality is if it's

easier for the private sector to build, then more supply will hit the market and it'll ease prices,

both on rentals and on home. Before you go there, though, they have to understand that Trump's whole

policy is designed to stimulate growth. Everything about it is, you know, he's releasing federal

land for more building or he wants to. He wants to, you know, get tax breaks. He wants to do tariffs.

He wants to do all these things that are supposed to stimulate growth. And, you know,

we need to discuss how that also could be a problem for homeownership.

Yeah, especially on the tariff side.

I know we're going to, but I think you think about he put in those tax cuts, the the tax cut and

jobs act.

It's going to lapse in 2025.

And that's a big kind of underpinning thing.
