The first ever mug shot of a former U.S. president, Donald Trump's instantly iconic photo from

Fulton County, jail, has predictably gone viral.

It's been repeatedly displayed by media outlets and touted by the former president himself

on the platform X.

It's the Mona Lisa, it's incredible, and nobody will ever have a mug shot like this.

In his first tweet in the more than two years since he was banned from Twitter, Trump posted

a tweet of his glaring mug shot along with the web address for his fundraising page.

The tweet was viewed over a million times within just a matter of hours, and merchandise

featuring it was also up for sale instantly by the Trump campaign.

The former president and current leading GOP candidate was also given a number.

One mate number P-O-1-1-3-5-809.

Trump also turned heads by describing himself in the booking documents as being six foot

three and two hundred and fifteen pounds, a good bit lighter than the White House doctor

reported back in 2018.

Also going viral are Trump's comments on the day he turned himself in.

When you have that great freedom to challenge, you have to be able to otherwise you can

have very dishonest elections.

What has taken place here is the travesty of justice.

We did nothing wrong.

And everybody knows that I've never had such support.
