Oh my gosh, I am doing, well, you know, like generally fine, but also there was some heavy stuff

in the research for this episode, so like, I'm not gonna lie lie there's a little bit of that residue and

resident. I see what you did there I am fine because my stories were fine. Well we you know. Or than yours. Pulling the curtain back we

usually somehow I mean it's okay sometimes you volunteer for like the heavy stuff that actually were like,
