President Donald Trump addressed America's joint operation with Israel against Iran

over the weekend and laid out his objectives. First, we're destroying Iran's missile capabilities,

and you see that happening on an hourly basis and their capacity to produce brand new ones and pretty good

ones they make.

Second, we're annihilating their navy.

We've knocked out already 10 ships.

They're at the bottom of the sea.

Third, we're ensuring that the world's number one sponsor of terror can never obtain a nuclear weapon.

Trump said Iran ignored the White House's warnings not to rebuild its nuclear program and told CNN that the quote, big wave is yet to come. Trump didn't give a definitive answer on when he expects the military

operation to conclude, but said the U.S. was, quote, already substantially ahead of our time projections.

In an interview with the New York Post,

the president didn't rule out sending U.S. troops to Iran if necessary.

As of Monday, U.S. Central Command says six U.S. service members have been killed in action,

and an additional 18 have been seriously wounded since Saturday.
