By the time you're hearing this, if you're a Wednesday weenie, that is, it'll be about five days until the man himself, Donald Trump, will be inaugurated as president again. Yes. And that is, it's a, it's a scary prospect that's going to happen, I guess. That's not fun. There's nothing we could do about it now. Nothing we could do about it. There certainly was things we could have done about it. Not like you and me, but like people who wield actual power, stuff that they could have done about it a couple months ago that they just didn't and failed to execute on. And as a result, we're going to have a very interesting 2025, 2026, 2027.

And that's sort of the spirit of this introduction to this episode here.

You know, we'll be talking about a bunch of stuff that Trump's planning to do that he might

do some imperialism, even.

But today, at the beginning of this episode, at least, we got some claims from Joe Biden.

Yeah, once again, we got to remind you that this guy is the president right now. President of the United States, yeah. Surprisingly still. And Joe Biden was asked by a reporter if he thinks, you know, he could have done anything different in this past 2024 election. And Joe Biden had an interesting answer that I think we, we owe it to him out. Yeah, straight from the horse's mouth. Exactly. So let's take a listen to this clip.

Do you regret your decision to run for the election?

Do you think that that made it easier for your predecessor to now become your successor?

I don't think so.

I think I would have beaten Trump, could have beaten Trump, and I think that Kamala could

have beaten Trump, would have beaten Trump.

It wasn't about, I thought it was important to unify the party.

And when the party was worried about whether or not I was going to be able to move, I thought it was important to unify the party. And when the party was worried about whether or not I was going to be able to move,

I thought even though I thought I could win again,

I thought it was better to unify the party.

And I was the greatest honor in my life to be President of the United States,

but I didn't want to be one who caused a party that wasn't

unified to lose an election.

That's why I stepped aside, but I was confident she could win.
