0:46.3	Donald Trump continues, meanwhile, to file brief after brief in Washington, D.C.'s federal trial for his attempt to
0:54.4	overthrow the results of the 2020 election. That case is set for trial in
0:58.9	March of 2024. Trump is trying to do everything he can to derail that.
1:05.0	An appeal was filed in the disqualification case in Colorado.
1:10.0	Want to hear your take on that, Michael Popockock and then we go to the 8th
1:14.8	circuit court of appeals which made a horrific ruling regarding the
1:19.8	Voting Rights Act of 1965 was a two to one ruling that went against all Supreme Court
1:27.1	precedent, but then again with this current Supreme Court, do they even care about precedent, and does this right-wing MAGA Federalist
1:36.5	society, judges across the country care about precedent?
1:39.8	Unfortunately, I think not, but it is important that we understand what is happening here,
1:46.8	so we can confront it intelligibly and we can build something generationally to make sure that we protect our democracy now and forever.
