Donald Trump invoked emergency wartime powers under the Alien Enemies Act to justify the mass deportations of undocumented immigrants.

The problem is the only war is the one Donald Trump is waging on the American people.

That's why a judge on Saturday said, not so fast, Donald, you might need a war to invoke

wartime powers. And now Trump is calling for that judge to be impeached, which is an

improvement because usually Trump has judges swatted. So this is good. Things are getting better.

Chief Justice John Roberts Tuesday issuing an unprecedented rebuke of Donald Trump's

cavalier use of the word impeachment.

Roberts saying, quote, for more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment

is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning

a judicial decision. The Chief Justice went on to say the normal appellate review process

exists for that purpose. And it has existed for more than two centuries, said the Chief Justice.

You know, for more than two centuries,

presidents were above the law,

but you change that hot shot.

Well, Trump called for the impeachment

after that judge on Saturday,

ordered flights carrying migrants to be turned around

before landing in El Salvador, where we are paying

that country's dictator $6 million a year to house them in his nation's glorified torture chamber.

That judge, who said not so fast, is U.S. judge james bozberg on saturday he issued a temporary

restraining order blocking the transfer of nearly 300 of these migrants uh to that el salvadorian

super max prison judge bozberg said he wants to make sure these are, in fact, enemy combatants and were actually a war.
