Summary
President Trump and 18 others have been indicted in the state of Georgia under the state's Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations – or RICO – statute related to the 2020 election. This 100-page indictment is the fourth indictment levied against President Trump, the latest effort to derail the leading Republican candidate in the days leading up to the 2024 presidential election.
