0:46.8	him not guilty. Even though he incited an insurrection, he launched his angry mob on the
0:55.9	US Capitol. He told them to go down there and fight, fight, fight, and stop what was going
1:02.4	on in that building, certifying Joe Biden's election win. He told them to get down there
1:08.8	and stop it and they did with deadly consequences. Everyone is in agreement. Donald Trump did
1:17.8	that. But only 57 politicians voted to convict him. 43 found him not guilty of inciting the
1:29.3	insurrection on January 6th. And of course, it takes two thirds to convict somebody in a Senate
1:37.6	impeachment trial. So he was acquitted, found not guilty. And here's what those 43 Republicans
1:48.3	who voted not guilty have done. They have announced to every future president that what Donald
1:56.7	Trump did on January 6th was a okay with them. Any future president can do what Donald Trump did
2:07.4	on January 6th and get away with it, including Donald Trump himself in the event he's elected again
2:17.4	because those 43 Republicans said we are not going to prohibit Donald Trump from seeking public
2:25.0	office in the future. That's what those 43 Republicans did. They decided the case in favor of a
2:35.2	deadly insurrection and they announced to future presidents they can do it again in the future.
2:42.8	Let's turn to Mitch McConnell because did you see his speech? After he voted not guilty,
2:49.6	Mitch McConnell stood in front of the cameras massaging his own guilty conscience. And it was ugly.
2:58.6	Mitch McConnell said Donald Trump did this. He launched this insurrection. People died. He had no
3:05.9	right. He said Donald Trump should be prosecuted. But Mitch McConnell said I'm going to vote
