0:08.0	by the former retired federal judge,
0:10.0	Judge Barbara Jones, about Donald Trump's business operations in New York.
0:14.8	And she has finally made her recommendation after about four or five months to the judge
0:19.7	about who she wants to be appointed the Independent Director of Compliance, the IDC.
0:25.6	She wants that to be an accounting firm that she's worked closely with that of Stout,
0:30.4	Recius, and Ross.
0:32.7	Now let me back up a minute.
0:34.4	This all arises out of the New York Attorney General,
0:37.0	465 million dollar judgment that she obtained
0:40.0	on behalf of the people of the state of New York
0:42.1	four or five months ago related to the
0:44.1	persistent fraud in the operation of Trump organization and all of its subsidiary parts.
0:50.8	And so the judge installed a monitor that's been there for over two years to keep an eye
0:56.2	and he expanded the powers of the monitor after he entered the judgment.
1:00.0	Now you might have heard from Donald Trump and others at the appellate court looked at some of these issues.
1:04.7	It did, but it kept the monitorship in place.
1:07.6	It reduced the amount of the bond that Donald Trump had opposed, reduced it down to about 175 million for 465 million, but did not change the
1:16.5	monitorship issue at all.
1:19.6	And now we've got Barbara Jones, who's appointed that that monitor is asked to have this monitor
