President Donald Trump has stated that he believes President Joe Biden's pardons are void and vacant

over the former president's use of an auto pen. Meanwhile, new polls and approval ratings are

showing new records for both Democrats and for Trump, but in different directions. And also,

the Trump administration is now in a legal battle over the deportations of Trend

Day Aragua gang members under his invocation of the Alien Enemies Act.

President Donald Trump is saying the presidential pardons issued under President Joe Biden.

Now he's saying that these given to the House Select Committee to investigate January 6 and others.

These are void and vacant.

And he alleged that the documents were signed with an auto pen, a machine that automatically gives Biden's signature,

and also that Biden was unaware of them, according to Trump at least.

Now, the move could clear the way for new criminal investigations as well.

This is what Donald Trump wrote on Truth Sochly said, quote,

the pardons are hereby declared void, vacant, and of no further force or effect because of the fact

that they were done by Autopen. In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them, but more importantly,

he did not know anything about them, according to Trump.

And he adds, the necessary pardoning documents were not explained to or approved by Biden.

He knew nothing about them and the people that did may have committed a crime.

Now, Trump elaborated a bit more on this while speaking to the press. He notes that the

real decision on whether the Biden orders are legitimate or not, well, that's going to be up for a

court to decide. Are those executive orders, those courtings from the press say now now don't
