There was another time he was talking about African American voters, African American

And they're like, sir, you still have like another minute and exomer of seconds, 64 seconds left.

He couldn't even fill two minutes.

And by the way, he spent eight days at Camp David preparing and he could not fill the two minutes with an answer.
