Summary
President Trump’s attorney Tim Parlatore voluntarily testified before a grand jury in the Mar-A-Lago documents case. They asked for a custodian of records for the office of the former president, which is an entity that's created under the former Presidents Act every former president has. They were hoping for some Mar-A-Lago staffer to come in that they could beat up on how little they knew about where documents were. Tim says one of the things he was shocked at was the willingness of the DOJ lawyers to openly mislead the jury and commit misconduct right in front of him. He said they asked him to answer privileged questions multiple times and he called them out each time in front of the jury for doing so.
