the case, laid out the situation, presented a little bit of their argument and just set the stage

for the phone calls that were. And then at the end of the show, we talked to Trump's lawyer.

This was her first and only interview that she's going to do on the Colorado Supreme Court case. That's cool.

You're not even allowed to vote for him, they say.

He's a threat to democracy, so we're making it so you can't even vote for him in a democracy.

The Colorado State Supreme Court ruling that Trump is not eligible to run for president.

He will be taken off the ballot because of the 14th Amendment's insurrection ban,

as the media is calling it, an insurrection ban, which is not a thing.
