governments. It feels, in fact, like a three-cornered mismatch, and very personal by now,

among Prime Minister Netanyahu of Israel, who has had the Islamic Republic of Iran on his hit list

for 30 years now, and has finally succeeded,

for a moment anyway, in enlisting an American president as his military ally.

You're a young man who knows the long history of this nightmare, Husbandai.

What's your most plausible vision going forward?

My most plausible hope going forward would be for the secession of hostilities immediately,

followed by adorable set of agreements, understandings mutually,

between the United States, Iran, and Israel, that would not threaten to break out

in open war again or to continue simmering in the shadows, as the shadow war between Iran

and Israel has been waging in the last 20 years or so. And obviously, that is a kind of hope that has a lot of

caveats attached to it. It would require fundamental changes and perspective, not to mention

actual individuals who wield power, who strategize, and who have personal stakes in the enmities between these three countries continuing.
