If you thought it was over, it's not. We're on our fourth indictment right now. This one specifically

for his alleged efforts to overthrow the state's 2020 election results. And specifically, he was charged with the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.

Also known as RICO, if there's a reason you recognize that, it was kind of used against

gangsters, used against Al Capone back in the day.

It doesn't often get used against gangsters, really.

It's kind of now used against pro-lifers, ironically enough.

But when people hear Rico, they definitely think about, you know, cigar and mouth, crooked hat.

And it's now being used against Trump and his supposed allies in Georgia.
