The Texas district attorney vows to bring case of Black man who died during arrest to the Grand Jury for possible criminal charges. Video shows Black man saying "I can't breathe" during Texas arrest. Police body cam video also has Black man telling officers he has a "congestive heart failure" and "can't breathe" before arrest turns fatal. Family and friends search for answers 15 months after death of Black man during arrest in Texas.  A top Harvard doctor is predicting another 100,000 United States deaths by September from coronavirus. Hospitalizations rise in 12 states since Memorial Day weekend.
