I'm Andrea, two tools with me again today. I have a really good friend of mine, Troy Hikes,

here from Arizona, on the episode. And I think you guys are really going to find it interesting.

You know how we always talk about excellence, how we want to really represent excellence in all

of our podcasts. Well, I think that there's different ways

of looking at excellence. You know, it's very easy in our industry to looking at excellence as far as

results in the Chopin or how much money you've won or a famous you are, but I think there's

a lot more to it. And Troy always reminds me of that excellence in the fact that

there's always a way to, you know, love what you're doing and really stay strong in what you're

doing. Troy, and you guys will hear it soon, has gone through a lot in his life.

But every time I've seen him, since I moved here in the States, always had a huge smile on his face, always made me feel welcome.

Anything I needed, he was always there to offer it. And I've always wondered why he would do it.

Now, after talking to him and having this conversation, I think he explained pretty

well why, and it's definitely helped me. So this is a story of the love for the animal, never

giving up, and really perseverance in what you really believe that you're supposed to do.
