0:35.3	I went fishing over the weekend, got some rockfish,
0:44.1	and I wanted to do fish tacos. So, of course, I head over to Trader Joe's to get everything I needed.
0:49.4	I never tried these before, but the Sonora-style flour tortillas were great. They're kind of a medium-sized,
1:16.7	and they worked really well. And you need some crunch when you put it on on your fish tacos. I got the organic coleslaw mix. So it has red and green cabbage and carrots all kind of sliced up there. So you can put it right on as a topping. It worked really well. But did make some kind of batter for air fried everything. It was with egg and mayo I got from Trader Joe's. They also have a really good Dijon mustard with some seasonings. That worked really well. And then cut up some red onions,
1:21.7	cut up some cilantro I got from Trader Joe's. And I made a little sauce to go with it with sour cream from Trader Joe's, mayo, lime juice, garlic powder, and actually some syracia. And that was wonderful.

1:29.7	And it was a great mix for the fish tacos.
