So we kicked off talking about David Swan's article on Canver and we discussed their changes

Yeah, that was a really good long form article. And then that segued into the Accidental Angel of Ray Nong,

Last week had done a story into a study that was done on founders and their

personalities, which we all know that founders have interesting personalities, but this study put

some empirical evidence behind that. And whilst the study's really important, and I thought

Simon's article was really great. Understanding style and even having diversity

is required but it's not sufficient. So we then shared some ideas and some ingredients or what are

some of the other ingredients that are required in order to achieve success. There's a great little deep dive
