All right guys. We got a special guest on the podcast today. His name is Trevor Thompson.

So he's the senior acquisitions editor and also directs the audiobook program at

Erdman's publishing company and here's the thing you're gonna figure out pretty

quickly in this interview why he directs the audiobook program because he sounds so

good he's got a great voice and you know I'm

mega jealous of anyone that's got that deep soltry like beautiful voice because of all

the vocal cord problems I've had but I tried to get over my jealousy so that we could have a good interview today,

and I think we did an okay job of that.

But also he has taught at the University of Chicago Divinity School.

He taught on Greek and also at Abilene Christian University, and now he also teaches at Calvin University.

But he is also the co-translator of Galans on the avoidance of grief and the author of

over 70 Encyclopedia articles and he's also the co-editor of two other volumes so Ephesus as a religious center under

the Principate in Christian body and also Christian self-concepts of early

Christian personhood. Now today the reason why we got this conversation going is because
