I think that the holidays feel like frozen noses. I love walking with the dog for long periods of time.

Hopefully it's snowing and you've got to wrap up warm. So I think a frozen nose is a sweaty armpit

because your wrapped up so warm but then you're climbing hamps and heath and you get to the top

and you're like, and then you can see the breath but then your nose is still freezing to touch.

I'm Robert Mays, great show for you guys today. I was at Lions Camp earlier this week at a really nice chat with our Lions writer at the Athletic Colton Pounsy.

Really excited for you guys to hear that. Before we get to our conversation with Colton though, I am thrilled to welcome my good friend Nate Tyson.

Nate, how are you doing bud?

That's a ragged Colton a little bit. Do you have his phone off when you guys talk?

Like they make sure to have that alarm turned off when he kept it on vibrate a little bit.

I forgot about that. He's great. Colton is great. I'm really happy to have him aboard.

I am thrilled. We had a really good chat. I mean, obviously a lot of exciting stuff happening there.

Jared golf looks so good yesterday.

There are offensive school position players right now with him throwing against guys not wearing pads.

Not surprising. Bit looks awesome.

None of the other guys are hurt. So their entire first team offense is playing together right now, which we about to round these different.

Well, when you bounce around these different camps, somebody's out every single time you go there.

Somebody's taking a day off or somebody's on the populist. Very rarely do you walk in and it's a fully formed offense.

And that was my first thought. I was like, oh shit, like no one's hurt.

Like their entire offensive line is playing.
