Wonderful.

It's Friday. Yeah. And it's gorgeous out. It's gorgeous out. It is.

It is. We're very lucky. We've had a string of beautiful days, but my God, the temperature

is swinging 30 degrees in either direction every single day. Like you wake up and it's 50 degrees

and by noon it's 80 and my

sinuses are not loving that. But, you know, as I was saying, we're very lucky for speaking on my

own podcast. We have beautiful trees and it's the, you know, we just have beautiful parks around us and every time I go to the gym, I pass by them and it's just beautiful. know, we, we just have beautiful parks around us. And every time I go to the gym,

Yeah, it's, I do enjoy the view. To be honest, the walk. It's not my favorite time of year. High summer is
