travel escape to Mount Hood Territory near Portland, Oregon.

Hey there, and welcome to another edition of Travel Tuesday on Millennium Money. As Shawna mentioned, we are taking you guys on a really great tour of the Mount Hood

territory up in Oregon.

Oregon is, I think, one of the most beautiful states in our country.

And it's our neighbor in California, the state neighbor. And I've been to Portland

a few times. And I've heard of Mount Hood, but I never got a chance to really know what that is,

and let alone explore the area. And so this was my chance to actually get a chance to check out so many great areas in the Mount Hood

Territory. The fine folks at Mount Hood Territory invited me and I had to say absolutely yes

right away. I totally fell in love with this area and now I'm a big fan and really fell in love

with a lot of this area. So I'm flying solo on this episode because

Sean actually could not make this trip with me. She was in San Francisco on business that week.

So it was one of those like, oh man, I wish you were here. And then I love San Francisco, so I wish I was

there as well too. But anyway, so Mount Hood Territory, it's really this big sprawling collection

of cities, communities, and mountain areas,

which is located really on the outskirts of Portland. You fly into Portland, you hop in a car,

and boom, you're right in the Mount Hood territory, depending on where you go. But like I said,

it's pretty sprawling. The mountain areas, they have pristine lakes and rivers you can go check out.
