And the irony is not lost on me that I have John Fidelberg in studio today to talk about

the trashiest adult injuries. Why am I talking this cadence? I don't know. I like it though.

I don't know. I also like you saying you're one day away from being cleared for injury,

made me look down at your knee and see how close my foot is to it. Touch it. And I could make you not ready for surgery very quickly.

You boot my name into existence.

So yeah, I was thinking it's the day of reckoning for me tomorrow.

I either get my surgery, which will happen next week, or I don't.

And I was thinking about injuries and what it means to have an injury as an adult and it means your trash.

It really doesn't matter what kind of injury it is, but there are levels to this shit, as they say.

So what we're going to do today is we're going to go over some of the trashiest adult injuries that you can get.

And I'm glad you touched on it too because I was going to I was going to make that very

clear. Any injury at all is white trash. If you are an adult and you have a cast,

okay. Fucking crutches, knee brace. If you are an injured adult, you're a piece of shit.

But at what point does adulthood start?

Because I feel like certain injuries... 30. There's more leeway in terms of age with certain injuries. 40? 30, I said. But 30, and even that's late. I get... But, like, obviously... Post-college. Adulthood doesn't start at 30, but... Like, your 20s, you get enough leeway where you're like, yeah, you're in your 20s.
