We need to be real transparent with what is going on with a lot of us

I want to share with you one of my biggest takeaways

Lessons in the past 12 months

I see far too often we find ourselves in a space where we have a vision right we have an idea

We have a light within us that is waiting to release out into the world

But reality is it takes time to develop this vision. It takes time to shape this idea

And for us we feel it takes time to get this light

Just right, you know to get it perfect

A lot of us pay attention to the little details right? We're perfectionists when it comes to life

And some of us, you know, this is this is a badge of honor. We're like, yo, we're perfectionists

But it can be toxic as well, right? It is toxic to allow perfection

To get in front of good enough

Now, what do I mean by this? Let me repeat it one more time

It is toxic to allow perfection to get in front of good enough to get in the way of good enough

But I'm not implying that we don't become masters of our craft. No, no, no, no, no, no, not at all

Because I'm all into self-mastery

But what I am saying is some of us have not started something or we're stalling on something

Because we feel it's not good enough yet. We're not good enough yet to be seen

We're not good enough yet to be heard

No, it's not our time. We're saying a project an idea a relationship a job a career whatever it is
