You guys know my thoughts on, you know, the timing of it. You know, Tennessee needs good to work, right?

I mean, Syracuse game prep is going to start at some point this week. You don't need to be

splitting reps to the quarterback position. You need to have clear direction for your team, who is leading your team, who's getting the start. And that's why I think making that announcement Sunday night made a whole lot of sense. Or at worst case, you know, yesterday when Josh Hopham met with the media, I thought that was probably when he was going to name a starting quarterback. But, of course, that news hit on Sunday night.

And so it makes a whole lot of sense.

You know, we've talked about it.

It was expected.

That was the obvious choice, and that ended up being, you know, what took part in it.
