And I'm absolutely delighted to have as my guest, Dr. Jilly Jenkinson, who lives in the UK.

And Jilly, I'm just going to introduce you first and then we'll get into it.

You're an accredited psychotherapist in the UK.

You speak internationally and you're the director of Hope Valley Counseling.

And you have 25 years of expertise as a therapist and researcher, and you've been helping people recover

from coercive, cultic, and spiritual abuse.

You've gone on in your doctoral work to develop a very innovative program called Post-Cult

Counseling, which you offer a certificate in post cult counseling for

UK folks. And I'm so interested because you focused first with former members who've gone on to

become mental health professionals. And we'll get into talking about the specifics of that course. But first, I just want to

finish your intro and say, you got interested like me because you exited a destructive

cultic group. And I'm very excited that you have a book, a forthcoming book from Rutledge

called Walking Free from the Trauma

of Coercive, Caltic and Spiritual Abuse, a workbook for Recovery and Growth, which is scheduled to be
