Today we’ve got Maya Moore on the Grove Podcast! Maya is quite possibly the best female basketball player of all time. In 2017, Sports Illustrated called her “the greatest winner in the history of women’s basketball” after winning her 4th WNBA title. She’s got several MVP awards as well as Olympic gold medals. She’s has a huge heart for activism and is shaping the culture around her in countless ways. She’s an all-around phenomenal human and serves faithfully at Passion City Church in the worship choir most weekends. Today she sits down with Shelley Giglio and shares about her childhood, discovering her abilities, having perspective through great success and how Jesus has carried her through it all. One of our favorite things about Maya is that she is part of our Passion City Church family and serves faithfully here week after week.

She's a regular in our worship choir and recently she shared her story at our Freedom Grove gathering where we bring the Grove

to imprisoned women of Atlanta. It was amazing. She brought so much hope and

encouragement to the women there that night and we're so grateful to get to walk alongside her as part of our house.
