And I'm Andy Badley and I competed at two Olympic Games in Beijing and London.

I held the Park Run world record of 1348 for 5K for 11 years.

And I also fell over in front of 90,000 people, broke my arm, tripped over

in Australia and got booed off the track. How do I follow that? And I'm Rick Kelsey. A few years

ago, I had major knee surgery and was told I may never run again. But I'm back running,

building up my speed and endurance and loving almost every second of it. We tackle one big running topic every week.
